New Construction for a 5,200 square foot Branch Banking Facility on 41 North County Line Road, Souderton. This building features Geo-Thermal HVAC systems and Insulated Concrete Form Block Construction. With these systems the building is very energy efficient. In fact the building is so efficient that all that was required for heat during winter construction was a small electric heater no more then 20" square.
